By opening an account and using the services of ES1-Cotrader, each client agrees to fully comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Compliance and Legality

Suspicious Activities: ES1-Cotrader reserves the right, without prior notice, to suspend or close any account suspected of illegal activities, including money laundering, terrorism financing, or other criminal acts.

Legal Cooperation: ES1-Cotrader will cooperate actively with competent authorities by providing necessary information for any ongoing investigations.

2. Individual Responsibility for Transactions

Authenticity of Information: The account owner is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided. ES1-Cotrader disclaims any liability for incorrect transactions due to inaccurate information provided by the client.

Transaction Confirmation: Any deposit or withdrawal confirmed on the account is considered final and is the sole responsibility of the client.

3. Adjustment of Return Rates

Changes without Notice: Return rates on investments are variable and may be adjusted at any time without notice, based on market conditions and ES1-Cotrader’s internal management strategies.

No Guarantees: Past performances do not guarantee future returns. ES1-Cotrader does not provide any assurance of fixed gains or returns.

4. Right to Suspend and Close Accounts

Non-compliance with Rules: ES1-Cotrader reserves the right to suspend or close any account in the event of violations of these terms, fraudulent behavior, or failure to comply with established procedures.

Penalties for Fraud: Any attempt to mislead ES1-Cotrader or use false documents or information will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

5. Deposit and Withdrawal Procedures

Mandatory Instructions: Clients must follow specific deposit and withdrawal instructions. Non-compliance with the procedure may lead to the irrevocable loss of funds, and ES1-Cotrader assumes no responsibility in such cases.

Processing Time: Withdrawals may require a processing period for verification. ES1-Cotrader reserves the right to extend this period if any irregularities are detected.

6. Referral Program and Referral Obligations

Referral Conditions: To benefit from referral privileges, each client must refer others to the ES1-Cotrader platform, who must open an account, make a deposit, and subscribe to an investment plan.

Impact on Withdrawals: Clients who do not meet the referral program conditions will have limited withdrawal rights until the referral obligations are satisfied.

7. Investment Commitments and Risks

Acceptance of Risks: By using ES1-Cotrader services, the client acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks of investment. ES1-Cotrader does not guarantee any returns and is not responsible for any losses incurred by clients.

No Recourse: The client waives all claims against ES1-Cotrader for any capital loss or absence of returns. The investment is made at the client's risk.

8. Withdrawal Restrictions and Limitations

Withdrawal Limits: ES1-Cotrader may impose restrictions on the frequency, amount, or terms of withdrawals to protect the platform's fund stability and liquidity.

Withdrawal Fees: Processing fees may apply to each withdrawal. ES1-Cotrader reserves the right to adjust these fees at any time without notice.

9. Non-Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Deposits: All funds deposited are considered non-refundable investments. Once funds are invested, the client waives any right to a refund.

Irrevocable Investment Plan: Subscriptions to investment plans are irrevocable, and no refund or compensation will be made in case of early account closure.

10. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Data Use: Information provided by the client will be treated confidentially and used exclusively for account management and regulatory compliance purposes.

Information Sharing: ES1-Cotrader reserves the right to share client information with competent authorities in cases of suspected illegal activities.

11. Conditions for Modifying Terms and Conditions

Modifications: ES1-Cotrader may modify these terms at any time. Any modification will be notified to clients via email or through the platform, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Responsibility to Review: It is the client's responsibility to regularly review the terms and conditions to stay informed of any changes.

12. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

Limitation of Liability: ES1-Cotrader disclaims any liability for financial losses, service interruptions, or technical failures affecting transactions.

Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify ES1-Cotrader against any claims, losses, or damages resulting from a breach of these conditions or misuse of the services.

13. Force Majeure

ES1-Cotrader will not be responsible for any losses or failures resulting from events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, wars, system failures, or cyber-attacks.

By creating an ES1-Cotrader’s services, each client agrees to these terms and conditions and acknowledges that any violation may result in immediate penalties, including account suspension or closure without compensation.
